History

The origins of Stonell started back in 1991 by importing slate tiles from China.  The company started operating out of an Oast House in the Kent Countryside near Paddock Wood, in between Tunbridge Wells and Maidstone.  The location chosen due to its proximity to M25, M20, M26 and A21.  Now Stonell is the premier retailer of natural stone tiles offering limestone, marble, slate, sandstone, granite, basalt and mosaics together with vanity and kitchen worktops, under floor heating and solid stone baths and basins.

We opened up our first flagship showroom in London in 1995 initially to serve the areas of South West London namely Westminister, Chelsea, Battersea, Clapham, Wandsworth, Balham , but our clientele now comes from all parts of South London stretching from Dulwich to Kingston in Surrey, from East London to West London and beyond.
